2020 IEEE 2nd Global Conference on Life Sciences and Technologies

LifeTech 2020

Presentation Guidelines

If authors are presenting their papers at the conference venue, please prepare them according to the following guidelines. The presentations at the conference venue with the presenters' consents will be recorded and shared with the remote participants.

Authors who cannot perform their presentations at the conference venue are required to follow the Instructions for Absent Presenters.

Oral Presentations

20 minutes (approx. 15 + 5) of Oral presentations will include:

  1. A brief introduction of the speaker by Session Chair
  2. The body of your presentation
  3. A brief question-and-answer period
  4. A setting minute to change over to the next presenter

Please prepare the presenter's brief bio and give it to the Session Chairs by the start of your session.

Each presentation room has a Windows PC with a PowerPoint Viewer and an Adobe Reader. You may also use your own Windows PC or Macintosh via a VGA (DSUB 15-pin) connector.

Poster/Demo! Presentations

A panelboard for each poster and demo! is 2.1 meters high and 0.9 meters wide, and it allows the A0 size (1.190m x 0.841m) poster. Materials for attaching the poster, e.g., pushpins, will be provided at the poster session room.

If you need a desk and electric power for your presentation, please let us know your paper title.

LifeTech 2020 sets a 45-minute “CORE TIME” for poster presentations. During the core time, each presenter MUST be in front of the poster and concentrate on the presentation and discussion. The Panel number will be given at the registration desk.
