- Presentations will be given in the session room as usual.
- The presentation will be transmitted to Zoom by webcam.
- Presentation video (mp4) can be submitted as an option (Deadline: March 1).
- The video will be available online until March 19.
- Enter the room via the Zoom URL shown in the EDAS program (the password will be sent to registered participants by e-mail before the event).
- Presentations will be shared via Zoom.
- If there is a problem, we will play the video submitted in advance.
- Please set Zoom ID as "[Registration Number] [First Name] [Last Name]", e.g., "e99 I. Suzuki".

- Test connections to your session Zoom are available during the day and time below. The conference staff will be there to support you if you need.

- Final manuscript MUST be submitted (already submitted).
- Presentation video (mp4) MUST be submitted on EDAS (Deadline: March 1).
- The presentation will be online via Zoom, but the video will be played in case of any trouble.
- The video will be available online until March 19.
- Panel boards for each poster will be provided in the morning, March 9th.
- The board is 1.8 meters high and 1.2 meters wide, maximum A0 size (1.190m x 0.841m) poster is available. Materials for attaching the poster, e.g. pushpins, will be at the poster session room.
- Poster & Demo! numbers; [P-*] and [D-*], will be indicated in the label on the panel. Please complete setting up your Poster and Demo before the start time of POS-R and DEM-R session, by 14:20, March 9th.
- Presenters MUST be in front of the poster/demo booth and present during the core time below.

- On-site Poster & Demo! presentations will NOT be shared via online. Please make your presentations and discussions as usual.
- Optionally, you can participate in the Virtual Demo! session on the second day and the Virtual Poster session on the last day (If poster images are submitted, the staff will put them in the virtual space, SpacialChat.)
- Final manuscript MUST be submitted (already submitted).
- Poster materials (JPEG and PDF) can be submitted on EDAS as an option (Deadline: March 1).
- Optionally, you can participate in the Virtual Demo! session on the second day and the Virtual Poster session on the last day (If poster images are submitted on EDAS, we put them in the virtual space, SpacialChat.)
- Optionally, you can submit your presentation video (mp4) for Demo! presenters via EDAS (Deadline: March 1).
- The video and the poster will be available online until March 19.
- Online poster session will be held in the virtual space, SpacialChat.
- Poster materials (JPEG and PDF) MUST be submitted on EDAS.
- Please enter the Virtual Poster URL listed on EDAS program (the password will be sent to registered participants by e-mail before the event) and move to the vicinity of your poster.
- Please set your displayed name in the SpatialChat as "[Registration Number] [First Name] [Last Name]", e.g., "e99 I. Suzuki".

- Presenters MUST stand by your virtual poster and present during the core time below.

- Make your poster presentation in the virtual space.
- There will be an opportunity for a test connection as follows.

- Sufficient resolution poster image (recommended resolution (4494 x 3179)) will be required at Virtual Poster Session (Deadline: March 1).
- The poster will be available online until March 19.
- Online Demo! session will be held in the virtual space, SpacialChat.
- Presentation video MUST be submitted on EDAS.
- Please set your displayed name in the SpatialChat as "[Registration Number] [First Name] [Last Name]", e.g., "e99 I. Suzuki".

- Presenters MUST stand by your virtual demo booth and make your demo presentation with its video during the core time below.
